  I purchased my home just over 13 months ago. I had a great experience working with Doug Heide. He and his company were always available to answer any of my 100+ questions as a first time home buyer. A lot of times he was more helpful then my actual agent. I would readily recommend Doug to anyone looking for assistance with purchasing a home. Doug made a stressful time much less stressful with his experience and knowledge.

  I wanted to refinance to get a lower payment but was hesitant because I didn't want to deal with the hassle and paperwork that I imagined was necessary. On top of the normal task, I was working out of state making refinancing even more difficult. However, Doug Heide and Evergreen Home Loans made refinancing my home loan stress-free and nearly effortless on my part. He was able to work with me, let me know what had to be done and arranged for someone to come to me, to get all the paperwork signed and finished. He stayed in touch with me and never did I have to wonder what was happening with the loan. When issues come up, like the always do, Doug handled them with ease and explained what I had to do on my part to resolve it and move along the process. Within 30 days, i had my loan refinanced and and my percentage rate on my loan was cut in half! Thank you Doug and Evergeen! I highly recommend Doug and his team.
