- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I wish I could give no stars on this review but unfortunately I cant. This office does know their own policies. While trying to obtain home insurance for a manufactured home i was given incorrect information multiple times. When speaking to my mortgage company they were unaware of any coverage from state farm. I never received any confirmation about our policy. The only thing I received was a cancellation notice because of my swamp cooler on the roof. Something that is completely visible in the pictures I gave Monica, the state farm agent. Obviously she doesn't know her company policies because she would have caught this "modification" right away. Now I have to pay an invoice when i never had insurance in the first place. Long story short AVOID this office.By Yezi Thomas, August 01, 2017
